How to View and Change Rate Plans and Features – AT&T Premier


With Premier, it’s easy to change a rate plan, or add
and remove features. We’ll start on the
Premier homepage. Under “I want to,” select
“Change rate plan.” Under “Search for,” enter the
wireless number that has the rate plan you want to
change, and then click “Go.” If you’re asked to select an
employee group, select the group that includes the product
preferences appropriate for this wireless number. From the “Change Rate Plan” page,
make sure that the device shown under “Current Device/Services”
is correct. To check the current rate plan
and features, click “Show current services.” Next, under
“Select a Rate Plan,” select a tab to see the
selections for that rate plan type. The tab that’s already selected
shows the current rate plan type, which in this case,
is a voice plan. We’ll change to a
Mobile Select plan by clicking the “Mobile Select Plans” tab. Select a new rate plan. The effective, or start, date
appears, showing today’s date. To choose another date,
click the calendar icon. Available dates can depend on
your permissions, the bill cycle date,
or pending changes. When you’ve chosen a
rate plan and start date, click “Continue.” Now, let’s add features. The current features for this
wireless account are highlighted. Let’s select an
international feature to add. The start date for this feature
shows today’s date, but you can change to a future travel date,
or, you may be able to select an earlier date, if the
travel has already started. We’ll click the calendar icon
and select the 31st, and then click “Continue.” Next, review your request
and click “Submit.” You’ll see a message that your
change request is complete. Changing your rate plan
is just that simple. Thank you for learning
